ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Design and create email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an email marketing strategy that aligns with broader marketing goals and objectives.
• Use data and analytics to identify customer segments and tailor email campaigns accordingly.
• Ensure that email templates are mobile-responsive to cater to users on various devices.
• Create compelling and engaging email content.
• Create blog and informational content.
• Integrate with other marketing tools and platforms to streamline data synchronization and campaign management.
• Segment email lists based on various criteria such as demographics, purchase history, etc.
• Monitor the performance of email campaigns.
• Calculate the return on investment (ROI) for email campaigns.
• Assist with other Marketing initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

• Marketing Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Hub Spot email marketing experience strongly preferred.

Work Location: Hybrid schedule available
