THE ROLE
We are seeking a Content Coordinator to help us grow our clients’ businesses. The ideal candidate has the ability to use both sides of the brain––both creative and analytical–– with strong emphasis on writing content and project coordination in order to help implement marketing tactics that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
- Writing: Write for various styles and lengths of content: brand and campaign copy, headlines, taglines, and call to actions, website copy optimized for SEO, blogs, video storyboards, social media captions, press releases, white papers, and more.
- Project coordination: Work closely with accounts team and designers to coordinate visuals needed to execute a variety of tactics including: social media, email marketing, website updates, etc. Internal trafficking for creative department.
- Social media: Create social media decks with all details. Schedule social media posts for clients. Social media engagement and responding to reviews. Report on analytics.
- Email marketing: Help build databases and audience segments. Optimize content and build newsletters and eblasts. Deploy. Report on analytics.
- Website: Uploading blogs and other content changes. Assisting with data collections for website builds.
Qualifications & Skills
- Agency experience & relevant college degree: Has experience working in an agency setting or in-house marketing department. Preferred degree is in marketing. We will consider a new graduate with relevant degree, intern experience, and impressive portfolio.
- Excellent writer and an even better proofreader. Has the ability to adapt to a clients’ brand style and tone of voice. An eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar/ punctuation.
- Marketing knowledge: Has the ability to write CTAs, develop hashtag banks and metadata, as well as reporting on KPIs. Understands how various content media work together to reinforce the brand and support the overall marketing strategy for the client.
- Creative: In both written and visual assets. Has an eye for design and some Canva or Adobe experience.
- Collaboration: The title is Coordinator, so you’ll partner with the accounts, creative, media, and web team to continually ideate and execute fresh content.
- Deadline driven: Our agency thrives on meeting and exceeding deadlines. Strong candidates will too! Procrastinators need not apply.
