Content Marketing Coordinator For Tgi Greek

TGI Greek is one of the longest standing collegiate Greek apparel companies in the country, delivering trend driven custom apparel and accessories. We are looking for the best and brightest to grow the TGI brand in our Tulsa, OK office.

Content Marketing Coordinators are experts at creating content for a particular audience. The role of Greek Content Marketing Coordinator is to coordinate and support Content Marketing driven projects for the marketing team and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner. 

Your Mission:

Your mission is to contribute to the execution of the Content Marketing roadmap and field marketing objectives maintaining a strong working relationship with the Greek account managers and graphic teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan & coordinate all content creative (story, video & feed post for Instagram, Facebook and marketing emails) to coincide with time of year, and when to promote using inspiration from an original idea, past social media content or researching other ideas for TGI Greek and Shop TGI Greek in Asana.

  • You will research and continuously update the monthly calendar of when to promote, utilizing sales reports to manage the marketing calendar, ensuring both TGI Greek and Shop TGI are promoting relevant events/holidays, promotions/giveaways, campaigns, ect in a timely manner.

  • Using asana, you will provide creative direction to our graphic design for each content post. You will also manage the graphic designers schedule allowing creative to be executed to meet our content scheduling calendar. 

• Utilize your sourcing skills, you will seek on-trend content from our customers to add to our database.

  • Manage the customer content database from seeking customer approval to organizing and managing the content execution. 

  • Regularly organizing and updating our customer content database with customer approval, links to newly sourced content and scheduling content for any edits for grid.

• Manage TGI Greek’s content calendar ensuring all social media content is scheduled or manually posted and meets overall grid aesthetics.

• Responsible for all Greek social media platform interaction and engagement including responding to direct messages. 

• Assist in coordination of off-site tabling and events for Greek. (conventions, markets, etc.)

  • Brainstorm ideas for marketing materials and assets. 

  • Communicate with a person of contact for the event/convention. 

  • Sorority collaboration management and execution

  • Schedule marketing assets needed for creation by an intern or graphic designer. 

• Maintain the marketing closet for TGI Greek by keeping track of inventory levels, organizing, replenishing inventory on a weekly basis. 

  • Coordinate, manage or fulfill any Greek related packages. 

• Coordinate, manage inventory and/or fulfill any Shop TGI Greek & Affinity ecommerce orders.

• Provide any assistance to the Marketing Engagement Coordinator with brainstorming, creating or scheduling regular or content creator/influencer related video content.

• Assist the Marketing Engagement Coordinator with Greek photoshoots ensuring all styling adheres to the TGI Greek brand and shoot guidelines

  • Brainstorm inspiration for images/shoots.

  • Source and communicate with models. 

  • Order, manage and organize garments to be used for specific shoots. 

  • Work with the marketing team to achieve the desired look.

• You will provide weekly & monthly reports providing necessary information and updates associated with your duties. 

• Support the marketing team with miscellaneous related tasks. 

• Assist with coordination of in-house events, parties, and holidays.

• This is a full time, hourly position with health, dental, and vision benefits based in our Tulsa, OK office, Monday through Friday 8a-5pm. 

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.

• Candidates with 1+ years of experience in roles/internships in Social Media Marketing are strongly encouraged to apply. 

• Savvy in digital marketing. Familiarity with Greek life is a major plus!

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative and organized with high attention to detail. 

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently in a fast paced environment.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Proficient in Asana, Tailwinds, Meta, Hootsuite, salesforce or Google suite (Docs, Sheets/Excel and Gmail)

• Small-Medium sized business experience
