Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain automated equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
Modify and install PLC programs, updating documentation as needed.
Safely troubleshoot and repair systems using various voltages.
Interpret equipment specifications and execute assembly and troubleshooting tasks.
Install and maintain wiring systems in compliance with NEC standards.
Support Maintenance team in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
Assist in equipment installation projects.
Design and fabricate parts as required.
Maintain records for equipment performance and maintenance.
Adhere to safety procedures, including Arch Flash and PPE guidelines.
Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel.
Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Policies.
Maintain workstation cleanliness and organize tools.
Dispose of waste properly and report any issues to supervisors.
Perform SMAT audits and adhere to safety protocols.
Read and comply with PPE requirements.
Report Environmental, Health, and Safety alerts to management.
Working hours: 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Familiar with SAP, TPM, and PM
Very strong mathematical skills

Qualifications:
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
Ability to work alone and communicate properly
High school diploma or GED
Must have state license for Electronic Technician (Level C- Industrial Electronics and Service)
Computer Knowledge is required
Problem solving skills
Familiar with Lockout/Tagout
