Entry Level Electronics Repair Technician

Position Summary: As an Entry Level Electronics Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electronic devices. From smartphones and tablets to PCs and gaming consoles, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' devices are in top-notch condition and meeting their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices to identify issues accurately.
• Perform repairs on various devices, ensuring all work meets or exceeds Mobile Addiction's quality standards.
• Communicate with customers effectively, explaining technical issues in a simple and understandable manner.
• Provide repair estimates and recommendations to customers, offering suitable solutions to their needs.
• Utilize our point-of-sale system to maintain real-time records of repairs and customer information.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
• Safeguard store inventory and handle devices with care to prevent any damage or loss.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques through training and self-development opportunities.

• Technical certification or training in Electronics Repair.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
