Duties
- Completed Electrical Demo Packages around the Coating Area for multiple pumps/motors/instruments along with scoping out new tray and conduit runs
- Taken numerous field dimensions of MCCs and transformer vaults
- Walked down and laid out new cable tray runs
Currently looking at
- PM Benchboard wiring associated with points being moved to new Valmet DCS Systems
- Integrating these points into Valmet drawing templates
Upcoming items include
- Investigation of pneumatic controls which will be removed from the PM Benchboards
- Re-walk the Electric room layout drawings.
- Identify those things that were not shown, in the areas destined for equipment.
- Check the Electrical demo package for the mezzanine. This package has a bunch of things moving and I want to make sure there’s something going back in its place as needed.
- Investigate tray routing for new cable pulls into various MCCs
- Review cable tray crossover. Plant concerns on how to confirm all the cables have been identified. Mill wanting list of cables to demo or relocate and necessary information to be able to have contractor confirm. In F&S found several cables not on original drawings.
- Review Mike Rice’s notes on Transformer room #9 relocation of isolation transformer for winder #3 and #4 winder drives.
- Review Spare I/O available for relocated coating Screens
