Basic Function: Assists the Administrative Assistant with the daily operations of EEKAC by completing a variety of clerical tasks essential to the centers ministry. Responsibilities: Assists the Administrative Assistant with the creation, processing, and fulfillment of materials orders Assists with the physical count of EEKAC inventory as requested Works with the Administrative Assistant to open mail and handle payments Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information while demonstrating a high level of professionalism Other duties as assigned Key Competencies: Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
