Educators For Charter School (Grades : K-12)

Duties :
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and resources
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field before your first day of work with Success Academy

- Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations)
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
