Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager for Education Products, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our STEM education offerings, engage educators and other stakeholders, and inspire students to pursue STEM learning opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, and outreach efforts to support our mission of fostering STEM excellence in schools and communities.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for education products, aligned with business goals and objectives.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
· Collaborate with sales, tech operations, and other teams to define target market segments, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
· Create compelling marketing content, including collateral, presentations, videos, webinars, email campaigns, and social media and website content in collaboration with the Marketing team to support lead generation and sales efforts.
· Manage digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media, blogs, and websites to drive traffic and conversions.
· Plan and execute tradeshow events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our products, engage prospects, and nurture leads.
· Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, optimize tactics, and report on ROI.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to identify co-marketing opportunities to amplify our brand presence and drive mutual growth.
· Collaborate with Tech Operations to create and maintain high-quality documentation, including videos, demos, tutorials, training materials, and FAQs, to support users throughout their journey.
· Leverage HubSpot’s CRM and Marketing tools to optimize lead capture, create workflow automation, manage campaigns, and generate reports.
· Stay informed about emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in STEM education, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into our marketing strategies.
Requirements:Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
· Proven experience (3 years) in Education Marketing, particularly in Edtech, education, or teacher training.
· Experience with STEM, coding, or robotics is a plus.
· Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
· Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insight into actionable marketing plans.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
· Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (HubSpot), and analytical tools.
· Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Ability to travel for tradeshows (up to 20% travel).
