Purosil, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an EDI Customer Service Analyst. You will be a member of the customer service team while managing our EDI information flow. Working with our EDI vendors ensuring that customer inbound and outbound information is compliant to customer requirements. Key Responsibilities
- =Manage all EDI processes by ensuring all correct inbound and outbound documents are compliant and no information stoppage occurs.
- Troubleshoot inbound and outbound document issues by working with external EDI and ERP developers for full resolution.
- Analyze EDI and non-EDI ordering trends for production, pricing, and sales planning.
- Manually enter sales orders, invoicing, and shipping information whenever required.
- Assist account managers with resolving pricing, quality, invoicing and delivery issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Process RMAs, credits, and communicate with customers for billing, shipping, and product inquiries.
- Answer general customer questions regarding order status, returns, shipping information, and ensure follow-up until the inquiry is closed.
- Work between multiple customer portals and applications to enter, pull, and assess customer information.
- Review orders daily for possible issues regarding order fulfillment, shipping location and correct identities to ensure the right customer receives the correct product and quantity.
- Reports to management on overall health of EDI.
- Maintain detailed documentation and process flows of all EDI processes.

We Need Your Experience to Include
- Min of 3 years of Customer Service
- Responsibility of EDI process in a B2B environment. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Some college is a plus.
