JOB OVERVIEW
32 Degrees is looking for an eCommerce Coordinator who will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing and marketing our online sales platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and/or passion for DTC, digital marketing, and customer experience. This is a great opportunity for the right fit, offering a huge opportunity for growth in a rapidly growing e-commerce department for an international clothing brand. This is an on-site position in our office in the Garment District of Manhattan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update product listings on Shopify.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for product launches and promotions.
- Regularly analyze and update the website content, ensuring a user-friendly and up-to-date experience.
- Implement and QA weekly site refreshes, seasonal collection launches, sales, and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement online marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain the department marketing calendar.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
- Utilize SEO and other strategies to drive traffic to the eCommerce site.
- Generate reports on key eCommerce metrics, such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce operations and coordination.
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus
- Familiarity with Hotjar a huge plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
