Who We Need:

We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, personable Strategic Ecommerce Manager. Excellent communication and organization are critical. There is room for high growth in this position based on performance.

Specific Accountabilities:

• The Ecommerce Account Manager is the primary point of manager for all marketplaces and will be responsible for managing the account health, Amazon FBA Shipment, and inventory controls.
• Drives engagement and conversion by demonstrating site optimization, SEO, merchandising, new content as well as the implementation of site features and improvements.
• Actively supervise daily data flow between front end, order management, and internal systems; working with appropriate partners to resolve any discrepancies and issues.

Skills and responsibilities:

• Demonstrates exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• 3+ years’ experience in Amazon seller central (Electric products category preferred)
• Lead FBA shipment by managing logistics of a pick/pack and all other operations (LTL, FTL, and FCL)
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google sheet.
• Excellent verbal, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• You need to be deeply familiar with eCommerce, and have experience with product catalogs, advertising, fulfillment, demand planning, account health, and more.
• You need to be able to track and analyze Amazon’s News and New policies.
• You need to be good at managing projects and following up all the company’s plans.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, including, but not limited to daily prioritization of requests, drafting correspondence, and fulfillment of department administrative tasks.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of PC, PC gaming, or gaming in general.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Skuvault, Shipstation, etc.

• Newegg, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Office Depot, SPS commerce, etc.
• Skuvalt, Shipstation, Zendesk
• Google Suite + Excel
