  • Research the merchandise market in and out of esports to discover new trends and popularity in products.
  • Actively participate in cross-departmental meetings to share insights, contribute ideas, and align on marketing initiatives to showcase products.
  • Evaluate the customer service process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Other responsibilities to be assigned.

Requirements

  • Attending a four-year college/university with experience in ecommerce, business, marketing, information technology, or similar fields.
  • Must be local to Los Angeles.

  • Familiarity with esports, entertainment, and pop-culture.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • High growth-oriented mindset with a strong internal need for achievement.
  • Ability to work effectively and supportively with teammates to prioritize organizational and/or team priorities over individual needs, seeking out win-win situations wherever they exist.

Benefits

  • Fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing company
  • Access to industry-leading esports resources and community
  • Part of a winning team with a growth mindset
  • The wage for this role incorporates the multiple factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
