The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on driving growth and revenue for ecommerce businesses. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Requirements
E-commerce Strategy Execution:

• Execute on the defined PSE e-commerce strategy
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for expanding our digital presence on marketplace sites and Shopify platforms
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to continuously enhance our product offerings
• Strategically arrange and present products on the store listings, optimizing visual appeal, A+ enhanced content, and user experience while ensuring effective cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Plan and execute online promotional campaigns and special offers to drive traffic and conversion rates
• Gather and utilize customer feedback, reviews, and suggestions to enhance the product assortment and overall shopping experience
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer profiles, journeys, and needs

Marketplace Management:

• Oversee and optimize product listings on major marketplace platforms such as Amazon.
• Monitor marketplace trends, analyze competitor activities, and recommend strategies to maximize sales.

Shopify Site Management:

• Manage and enhance PSE's internally hosted Shopify sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration between Shopify and other business systems
• Create custom themes, applications, and plugins to meet business needs
• Analyze your target audience and their shopping requirements to customize your store's user interface to give customers the best shopping experience

Website Development :

• Lead the development and maintenance of user-friendly, visually appealing, and high-performance e-commerce websites
• Work closely with web developers and designers to implement new features and functionalities
• Work collaboratively to integrate ecommerce into other company websites ensuring brand integrity and seamless user experiences

Digital Marketing:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, while maintaining the company brand.
• Perform market research to create content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility of PSE's e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools

Analytics and Reporting

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
• Any other tasks or projects assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce management with a focus on marketplace sites and Shopify platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in Shopify administration and customization.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time. May include periodic evenings and weekends.
