Job Overview
We are currently looking for a B2C eCommerce Product & Marketing Associate to join our team.
As a B2C eCommerce Product & Marketing Associate, you are:
Responsible for day-to-day activities of Business to Consumer (B2C) eCommerce and marketing channels, assisting with sales growth and improvement of target key performance indicators for optimal customer experience. Works with both internal and external partners to create and implement execution of programs.
Some of the responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Supports implementation of business strategy across Haworth's B2C web platform, channels, and brands to align and assist with overall business growth.
  • Manage day-to-day ecommerce responsibilities including, but not limited to, online product merchandising, promotional activities and content management
  • Responsible for driving and executing email and SMS strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with broader team in execution of evergreen and seasonal digital marketing campaigns across integrated marketing channels
  • Assist with development and management of the marketing and content calendar
  • Support Monthly Dashboard reporting and presentations to stakeholders, detailing digital channel activation performance against benchmarked KPIs and business objectives
  • Remain up to date with latest digital marketing trends, helping implement new technologies and best practices that improve brand discoverability and deliver impactful, cohesive experiences across digital touchpoints
  • Analyzes B2C website traffic and trends to identify customer behavior; recommends site improvements for maximizing customer satisfaction and sales conversions.
  • Collaborates with social media team to engage customers and promote product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies/vendors on strategic initiatives (e.g. web development, advertising, lifecycle marketing) driving further market share growth

Do you have these required qualifications?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or similar.
  • 4 years minimum experience in eCommerce Marketing.
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?
  • Experience with Shopify and Listrak preferred
  • Experience in the furniture industry.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
  • Possesses combination of creative and analytical skills.
  • Must be strategic thinker.
  • Familiar with website merchandising, and eCommerce technologies landscape.
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful cross-functional relationships and collaborate closely with multiple teams.
  • Must be enthusiastic with desire to work on innovative team with strategic focus of overall company growth.
  • Possesses "can do" attitude while working in fast-paced environment of entrepreneurship and opportunity with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Possesses confidence to "dive in" and learn new solutions and processes.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to work on multiples projects at same time with high emphasis on accuracy, urgency, and efficiency.
  • Must be self-motivated; demonstrates initiative with ability to make recommendations based upon research and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to follow direction and adhere to company policy and procedures.
