Job Overview
We are currently looking for a B2C eCommerce Content Producer & Merchandiser to join our team.
As a B2C eCommerce Content Producer & Merchandiser, you will:
Contribute strategically and tactically to lead all production activities from concept to execution to support marketing and sales activities for the B2C eCommerce team. Include but are not limited to product overview videos, how-to videos, social media, product and lifestyle photography, marketing content and more. Responsible for strategically curating and managing product assets that create a compelling and cohesive brand experience across various channels.
Some of the responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
Merchandising
Partner with Creative Team and other internal stakeholders to bring product storytelling to life across a wide range of media and platforms with focus on Haworth owned digital, social, video and site experiences.
Support cross-sell, up-sell, and promotional merchandising needs.
Merchandising and enriching online product content to drive customer conversion, improved customer experience and self-service.
Providing input to product content and merchandising standards, guidelines, and styles guide.
Responsible for strategically curating and managing product assets that create a compelling and cohesive brand experience across various channels.
Production
Accountable for scoping, scheduling, sourcing, overseeing, and providing hands-on support for the development of a variety of photography and video assets.
Establish photography and video project timelines and budgets from conception to delivery, consistently tracking and clearly communicating deadlines, updates, variances, and progress.
Lead pre-production planning including procuring product samples; ensuring product accuracy and alignment with brand standards; assisting with product and set styling; obtaining props and accessories as needed; and consulting with team for accuracy of product usage.
Source and book external talent, crew, stylists, editors, motion graphics, etc. as determined by scope of project.
Oversee shot schedules and on-set activity for internal productions, anticipating challenges, resolving issues, managing expectations, and building consensus throughout the process.
Do you have these required qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications or related field
5+ years’ experience as a Content Producer at a digital marketing agency or in-house team at a leading consumer brand or retailer or similar experience.
Expertise with digital media file formats including videos, photos and PDFs
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
