Responsibilities

Online Store Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels and update product availability.

Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with the online ordering process.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Marketing and Promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales performance.
- Suggest strategies to increase online visibility and attract new customers.

Order Fulfillment
- Process online orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with team to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Implement efficient order tracking and reporting systems.

Website Maintenance
- Collaborate with web developers to address any technical issues on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, secure, and optimized for search engines.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in e-commerce or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with surveying equipment or related products is a plus.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
