Our team communicates with customers to ensure payments are received timely and accurately through various electronic methods, including email, ticketing software, and online portals. Ecommerce Accounts Receivable Specialist analyze all payments for accuracy and research any variances as well as ensure that all information in databases and spreadsheets is correct. Responsibilities:-- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting on the teams accounts and task-- Meet or exceed all department performance goals-- Assist with process improvement initiatives as assigned-- Process accounts receivables transactions-- Perform account reconciliation in regular and accurate manner-- Communicate with internal and external customers through multiple electronic software and websites-- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned and deemed necessary to meet the business need-- Interact daily with Customer Care personnel and additional Surya work groups such as Shipping, Returns, Operations, Sales Managers, Sales Reps, Accounting and the Surya Leadership TeamRecommended Education, Experience and Skills:High School diplomaMinimum of 2 years experience in B2B collections and AR, preferably in a wholesale/distribution environmentDemonstrates excellent attention to detail and follow throughAbility to analyze large sets of dataDemonstrates cognitive skills, able to explain and resolve complex problemsDemonstrates ability to accurately explain and train on complex processesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates initiative to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to managementIntermediate Excel skillsDemonstrates self-motivation and need to be highly organizedDemonstrates flexibility and ability to productively manage stress PI4191db448480-25660-33869402
