Early Childhood Assistant/Teacher

IMMEDIATE OPENING!!!! We offer extremely flexible schedules!!! Will work with college students schedules!!!! We are looking for an outgoing, fun person who wants a job with children. We need both Early Childhood Assistants and Teachers and we are looking for both part time and full time applicants. We are a full service daycare with children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. We are looking for individuals who want to only work week days! We are open 6:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. We are closed nights and weekends. Full time staff have option of working four 10 hour days with a day off each week. Please send resume and what times you can come in for an interview!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for Early Childhood education
- Provide instruction and support to students in various subjects, including math
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each student

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood development principles and practices
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
