About the Role:Early Careers Manager
S&P Global Commodity Insights Early Careers Programs are an integral part of the organizations business strategy. The core purpose of our programs is to develop the skills required of our colleagues to excel in future innovation, Leadership and SME roles.
Working as part of a global team you will take ownership for the execution of the programs in your region, ensuring that our people have the best possible development opportunities.
Our team support high potential individuals to succeed in their careers. You will be an effective people manager with well-honed coaching skills.
Our Early Careers Programs are rotational, the Early Careers Manager will collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure that our colleagues receive excellent training and gain meaningful experience on each rotation.
The Team:
We are a global team of Early Careers Managers; we have Learning and Development backgrounds and are passionate about setting people up to succeed. We work closely with the recruitment team, people partners, and business lines managers to ensure the right systems and supports are in place for the people who participate in our programs.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to hire suitable candidates based on the business requirements across each region
Oversee and execute on the initial onboarding training program to ensure baseline knowledge level in preparation for rotations.
Source or design and organize appropriate training courses for graduates across the business lines
Conduct regular coaching sessions with each individual program participant in your region to understand interests, strengths, and opportunities for development
Oversee a framework of rotations to ensure a consistently high-quality experience with regard to projects, responsibilities, and learning.
Provide comprehensive and concise cadence to key stakeholders across the business.
Facilitate network building across the business.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Facilitation experience
Coaching experience and ideally a qualification,
Management experience
