Job Description
Familiar with selling products online. Work closely with operations and distribution departments to process sales orders through the website and assist customers during the purchase cycle.
Responsibility:
-Manage and review the listing products, accurate the products' specs and price timely.
-Collect daily orders, prepare packing lists, send the packing lists to the warehouse, check the packed items after warehouse crews packing, and create the daily outbound form to the Sales department.
-Maintain consistently high levels of customer service to online customers.
-Use different social media to promote and market products.
-Well communicate with different departments and concisely report to the assigned manager.
Requirements
-Communicate professionally via email, instant messenger, and phone.
-Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
-Must have superior attention to detail, as well as, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little daily supervision.
-Must have organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
-Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
-Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Amazon/eBay/Shopify experience is preferred.
