What we are looking for:
You will work with the E-Commerce sales team as the primary back-end support for the team. This includes but not limited to providing daily sales reporting, processing of promotional and marketing claims, responding to customer requests as designated, assisting in the execution of channel marketing deliverables, filing tickets and escalations within partner portals, demo shipments, and various other tasks needed to drive sales and service to our retail partners.
What your future looks like:
- Responsible for Data Mining & reporting generation related to Amazon marketplace.
- Creates FCA/Claims in salesforce including promotional allowances and back-end rebates.
- Assists with Amazon marketplace test buy and samples management.
- Handles Amazon audit claims and price variance dispute.
- Assist the sales organization in the creation of promotion funding contracts.
- Proactively manage the new item set up process.
- Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Manage claim creation document and escalation of claim issues.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- 1-3+ years prior sales-related experience – Consumer electronics preferred.
- Amazon seller/vendor relevant business background, required.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, strongly preferred but not required.
- E-commerce relevant business background is strongly preferred.
- Technical knowledge in the CE industry is a plus.
- Skilled in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Basic formulas, and data organization)
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members to solve issues and quickly address concerns.
- Adaptable to the fast-paced industry & retail demands
- Strong work ethic with high energy and initiative
- Highly detail oriented and precise in work
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Organized and a Problem solver.
