Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist our customers in making a purchase.
- Answer customer questions over the phone, chat, and email regarding orders and issues.
- Create new orders using our POS system.
- Verify and Qualify new orders.
- Track and follow up orders.
- Work on leads using Zendesk.
- Claims and Problem-Solving.
Qualifications and Skills:
- E-commerce Sales experience and furniture experience are a plus.
- Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over specific activities while adapting to quickly changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
