Summary
Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and creative individual with a passion for managing a brand’s online presence and driving successful Digital Marketing campaigns? Our Digital Marketing Team is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage product and recipe content, web assets, and graphics published across several company websites. Position also works in support of organic social media management, email marketing, site management, SEO, and reporting analytics. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this position will play a pivotal role in amplifying the online presence of the biggest brand of Fresh Chicken in the U.S., which has been a strong market leader for over 100 years.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Content management of the Product Database and the Recipe Database coordinating with both Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing to ensure the validity of all website content. Collaborate with core stakeholders in managing end-to-end delivery of content across multiple brands through Salsify PIM system. Ensure best-in-class enhanced content, SEO, and images are delivered to core customers on time.
- Primary Content Management System manager for many websites, working with both our agency partners and key Perdue associates for the management and integrity of our interactive content for the web, and working with our technical teams to ensure consistent site standards are maintained. Responsibilities include uploading new content, updating copy changes, and updating product specifications through Salsify and Umbraco.
- Manage content execution via the Salsify workflow process for new products and content refreshes, including packaging refreshes and brand restages. This includes management of Salsify asset ingestion, delivering, partnering, & troubleshooting content with distribution partner, management of Salsify tasks to core partners, asset validation and uploading files.
- Project Management: Track end-to-end product life cycle in collaboration with Integrated Marketing Team to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and adheres to project timings.
- Assist with Content Development and Reporting Analytics: Collaborate with marketing internal and external agencies on facilitating creative development for a broad range of marketing campaigns supported by organic social media, influencer program, UGC, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and other digital activations.
Experience Requirements
BS degree or equivalent related work experience in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing is preferred. Our ideal candidate will have:
- 0-3 years work experience
- Digital marketing experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Demonstrates aptitude for critical reasoning & problem solving
- Project management & organizational skill
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
