Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing food items
- Prepare and serve food according to established recipes and standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area
- Stock shelves and rotate inventory as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Basic understanding of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Ability to handle food preparation and follow proper food handling procedures
- Comfortable with cash handling and making change accurately
