Dog Daycare Operations Manager/Event Coordinator

Dogtopia PV is looking for an Operations Manager for our Back of House! The right individual is upbeat, friendly and able to handle working in a fast paced environment. This position will be in charge of running our evening crew, maintaining cleanliness and facility standards, and ensuring client and team member satisfaction. Must be able to work with both people and our furry friends.

• Assist in creating staff schedules and helps monitor daily schedules
• Learn every role in back of house, train new team members on expectations
• Leads by example by coaching all on contributing to a positive team-oriented culture
• Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and the team accountable to Dogtopia’s safety and cleaning standards.
• Plan and execute daily activities for pups to enjoy

Reliable transportation is a must. Hours are from 10AM - 7PM, Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends may be required at times. Please attach resume and cover letter describing how you'd be the best fit for this position.
