We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Outbound Restaurant Group Event Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for driving group event sales for our restaurant group through outbound sales efforts.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Prospect and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and organizations to generate leads for group dining events.
2. Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and networking activities to pitch our restaurant group as an ideal venue for Group Events.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting group event planners.
4. Customize event proposals and packages based on clients' needs and budget requirements.
5. Coordinate with restaurant managers and staff to ensure seamless execution of Group Events, including menu selection, seating arrangements, and special requests.
6. Follow up with clients to secure bookings, gather feedback, and foster long-term relationships.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to continuously improve sales strategies.
8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
9. Be on property day of an event of 50 or more guests to make sure guests are happy and the set up is properly set and accurate.
