Job Title : Quality Assurance Specialist
Location : Alameda CA
Duration : 12 months (With possible extension/Conversion)
Pay Rate : $28-$30/hr on W2
Main Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of quality experience in medical device
- Will consider Associates degree but MUST have at least 2 to 4 years of quality experience in medical device.
- This position is a complaint handler which means they are handling the complaints.
- They will receive the complaints from the customer (entered into a system called Luna) and they are responsible for reading the cases, understanding the flow reason of the complaint and the entirety of complaint and make sure the complaint is properly documented.
- They are not investigating the complaint just making sure it is properly documented.
