Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor daily workflow of inbound documents through fax and electronic medical record systems
- Identify, sort and index all documents in an accurate and timely manner
- Communicate timely and efficiently with referral sources through electronic medical record systems
- Input patient information into patient’s medical record
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalent.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
- Minimum of one year customer service experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Work effectively within a team to achieve specific goals.
- Ability to multi- task
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Knowledge of documentation related to the HME industry.
**Starting no less than $15/hr
