Position: Document Imaging Specialist

Status: Part-time with a flexible work schedule

The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for the proper indexing and scanning of various types of paper documents to ensure all information is visible on the digital image of the text. The goal is to accomplish correct storage of the image in the database to enable others to quickly locate the file.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scan documents for our companywide storage system
• Assume other clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, ability to solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional keyboarding
• Team player with good communication skills to interact with other departments
• Work location: In person

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an office environment
• Proficient with MS Office.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
