Document Controls Specialist

AGS has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Document Controls Specialist.

Responsibilites:

• Maintain databases and existing filing systems (alphabetical, numerical, chronological, etc.)
• Word processing of business documents
• Setup for meetings
• Help create and issue meeting Agendas
• Take Meeting Minutes
• Support with misc daily activities
• Attend Stakeholder meetings each week
• Approx. 32- 40 hrs per week onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3-5 years previous Document Specialist, Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant experience
• Must have Intermediate to Advanced Word and Excel spreadsheets skills
• Highly dependable with critical eye for detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong problem solving and comprehension skills
• Responsible, committed, and self-motivated
• Team player and adaptable to changing priorities
• Ability to stay organized, multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
