AGS has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Document Controls Specialist.
Responsibilites:
- Maintain databases and existing filing systems (alphabetical, numerical, chronological, etc.)
- Word processing of business documents
- Setup for meetings
- Help create and issue meeting Agendas
- Take Meeting Minutes
- Support with misc daily activities
- Attend Stakeholder meetings each week
- Approx. 32- 40 hrs per week onsite.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3-5 years previous Document Specialist, Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant experience
- Must have Intermediate to Advanced Word and Excel spreadsheets skills
- Highly dependable with critical eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem solving and comprehension skills
- Responsible, committed, and self-motivated
- Team player and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to stay organized, multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
