Schedule: Monday- Friday (8am-5pm)
Job Summary:
This position reports to the Technical Director at Air . The Document Control / Quality Administrator is responsible for supporting, improving, and enforcing the quality/Document Control systems at our company. This position will support all functions of the Quality Team, results reporting, customer source inspections, NDT technique writing, internal product and process audits, and supporting external customer and regulatory audits. They will also serve as the FCO Officer
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and programs required
- Previous manufacturing experience highly desired
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work with Cross functional teams
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Establish and maintain a robust Document Control system to organize, track, and manage company documents.
- Ensure all documents are properly classified, versioned, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather, review, and update documentation.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's quality management system.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits related to Document Control and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of quality-related documents, including inspection reports and certifications.
Support Quality Systems including:
- Support Customer and Export Compliance audits
- Verification of customer and regulatory requirements and specification revisions
- Support and maintenance and improvement of documentation including operating procedures and internal testing results
- Provides administrative support to quality dept, including but no limited to: Source inspection, NDT testing, export compliance and the metallurgical lab.
- Perform customer product and export compliance audits
- Any other related tasks/duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
