Document Control Quality Assurance
Brek Manufacturing is seeking a Document Control Specialist to support effective control of records associated with the manufacturing, Inspection and test activities of aerospace products.
Brek Manufacturing is looking for a skilled Document Control Specialist to perform a variety of quality assurance related tasks. You will work in a small team and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to managing our company’s manufacturing and inspection documentation. You will be responsible for the collection of all job documentation, Inspection for accuracy and completeness, creation of CofC's, shippers and other documents as required by customer contractual or quality system requirements. The ideal candidate will be well-organized with great attention to detail. You will be comfortable with using Microsoft office software i.e Word, Excel, Outlook. The goal is to ensure the accuracy and completion of all documents submitted by manufacturing and Inspection departmen personnel.
Manage large amounts of information in an organized manner
- Create, update or delete electronic documents and files
- Review and verify the accuracy of documents
- Perform other office duties such as filing, copying etc.
- Provide support to other staff members when needed
- Develop and maintain an understanding of office procedures and procedures improvements
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Assist in the communication of product source inspection request
- Assist in the resolution of minor documentation delays
- Effective filing of completed job packets in hard copy and electronic
- Effectively communicate with both operations and quality on issues that impact the delivery of products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
