Description: El Rinconsito Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Restaurant District Manager who has strong English and Spanish skills to oversee the operations of multiple restaurants within the Puget Sound region. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction across your assigned district.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach Restaurant Managers in achieving sales goals, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve performance across your district, including sales growth, cost control, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback and coaching to Restaurant Managers as well as the restaurant team (counter personnel, cooks, wait staff, etc).
- Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and labor costs to ensure efficient resource management.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified restaurant staff, and oversee their training and development.
- Compile and submit accurate reports on sales, profitability, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all restaurants within your district comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise owners or regional directors (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a multi-unit management role.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop restaurant teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software (if applicable).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize data to make informed decisions.
- Strong English and Spanish speaking skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
