We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple Dunkin' locations within our organization. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the operations of our stores, ensuring sales targets are met, and driving business growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage teams.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to store managers within the district
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability
- Monitor store performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead and participate in projects related to store operations, merchandising, and customer experience
- Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and manage profit loss within the district
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a retail or similar industry
- Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proficient in strategic planning and execution of initiatives
- Experience in process improvement methodologies is a plus
