ACCOUNTING / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
QUALIFICATIONS:
General knowledge of standard office/Customer Service procedures and Accounting procedures preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum High School Diploma; AA Degree or some college highly desired
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Customer Service or office related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office required (Word, Excel)
- Strong Customer Service/problem solution skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively coordinate multiple tasks with little supervision
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships using excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal personnel
- Investigate and resolve disputes, deductions and inquiries; negotiate payback of discrepancies with customers
- Compile invoice packets for freight claims filing
- Prepare credits requests for approval
- CSI log maintenance
- Accounts Receivable backup
- Miscellaneous special projects and other duties as assigned
