Position SummaryThe Distributed Learning Program Associate adheres to established Distributed Learning Classroom activities. The position is responsible for the application of established Distributed Learning Classroom policies developed to support the ability of the program to meet the mission support priorities of the Chief of National Guard Bureau, as well as the Wisconsin National Guard.Salary InformationStarting pay is $21.23/ hr. This position is in the 02-11 pay schedule/range.
A 12-month probation may be required.For current permanent state employees, pay will be set in accordance with the State Comp Plan.Job Details* Must pass a criminal background check.* All new permanent, project, and limited term employees will be required to report to JFHQ in Madison on the Monday of their first week of employment for the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program. Additional information will be sent to the new employees and their supervisors on the Tuesday prior to NEO.* This position is eligible for some part-time telework. Telework will be discussed with the finalist at the time of the employment offer.QualificationsCandidates who meet minimum qualifications will have experience with:* Data collection techniques and preparing and submitting reports.* Planning, setting priorities, and organizing work.* Collaborating with other team members.* Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products software.In addition to the minimum qualifications, well-qualified candidates will also have the following preferred qualifications:* Experience collaborating with others in a digital environment including Microsoft Teams, Webex, or other collaborative formats.* Experience with computer hardware and basic troubleshooting techniques.* Experience working with computer endpoint management and delivery concepts.* Experience with audio and video delivery systems, hardware, and user support.* Experience with internet security principles and protocolsHow To ApplyClick "Apply for Job" to start the application process.
