Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their home service needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate and schedule services using company software
- Assist clients with any inquiries or issues related to their home services
- Collaborate with internal teams such as managment to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Provide phone etiquette and professional customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and satisfaction
-Complete customer satisfactiomn
-Maintaining a data base of customer information
-Acknowledging and handling customer complaints
-Answering customer questions about complaints, products, or services
-Handling incoming calls and emails as well as making outbound calls and emails
-Dispatchinng technicians
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
