- This position is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires 4 days onsite per week. There is no remote option for this role.
- Create comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and target audience
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand marketing campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure they are executed effectively and aligned with brand guidelines
- Develop compelling and consistent brand messaging that resonates with target audience and communicates the brand’s value
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to understand sales goals and objectives and participate in discussions to create cohesive strategy
- Identify areas of improvement and propose recommendations to enhance brand campaign performance to better align with sales goals
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and inform on marketing strategies that will align with sales goals
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance including customer engagement, conversion rates and ROI to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
- Prepare reports to summarize performance of campaigns to present findings and recommendations to Brand Managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging trends in brand marketing and data analysis to drive innovation and improve campaign performance
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar, or 4 years of related experience, required
- 3 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing or similar, required
- Experience in leading introduction of new products to market, from concept/ideation to execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing timelines
- Comfortable with data analytics/weaving disparate data sources into a narrative
- Able to collaborate fluidly with cross functional partners to deliver results
- Possesses business and customer curiosity; strong desire to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail
- History of working with consumer insights and market research (1st and 3rd party)
