Working Hours: Tuesday-Friday 5:30p-11:30p
Summary:
- Minimal data entry
- Direct liaison between patient and hospital whether it be nurses, doctors, etc.
- Grateful patient advocate
- Responsible for improved customer satisfaction scores
- Responsible for maintaining a minimum standard of productivity that meets both performance and quality standards while performing multiple jobs
- Assists with training new employees and with implementing new processes, policies and procedures
- Responsible for escorting patients to their destination, answering questions, answering phones, transferring calls, following set policies and procedures
- Responsible for keeping work area and associated waiting areas neat
- Responsible for rounding on guests in assigned waiting areas
- Responsible for visitor management
- Performs appropriate screening required by regulatory agencies and documents all necessary documentation in visitor logs
Other information:
- High school diploma required
- Strongly prefer minimum of an Associates Degree from an accredited college or university
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with Epic system preferred
This job will be authorized 48.00 hours bi-weekly.
