Dispatcher/Customer Service

We are looking for a dedicated, long-term employee. Premier Concrete Products was established in 1996 and is a very fast-growing company with an eager team that works well together.

You will be working directly with our Dispatch Manager, assisting with incoming orders, walk-in customers, billing, and other related responsibilities. This position is responsible for managing trucks and coordinating different fleet management modules like cost negotiations, dispatching, scheduling, tracking, and routing.

This position requires a strong personality with a focus on superb customer service and accuracy.

There are many moving parts to this position, and it will require a strong product knowledge, which of course you will receive training in.

· Ability to effectively process vast amount of information regarding orders, freight scheduling, equipment and drivers

· Review paperwork to identify and rectify errors

ORGANIZATIION

· Handling critical modules of the flee management process

· Reorganize delivery schedule to ensure all orders are delivered timely and efficiently with minimal room for errors, customers communicated to and notifications logged

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Taking and processing orders over the phone and in person

· Delivery schedule

· Preparing delivery tickets and processing billing once orders have been delivered

· Assisting with drivers’ payroll when necessary

· Assisting with hiring drivers

· Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
