Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Assist with dispatching and coordinating deliveries
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and track orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient supply chain management
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
-Service Titan preferred, not required
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
