Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Dispatchers that can multi-task in a fast pace environment, in a newly formed team and able to maintain a good attitude in stressful situations. Looking for someone who is a team player and willing to help others.
Essential Functions:

- Responsible for the coordination of commercial vehicle routing and load planning in order to meet customer service levels.
- Enter data in dispatch system to maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
- Communicates with drivers, dispatcher(s) and supervisors at shift change for current status and issues.
- Follow through to watch progress and assure timely assistance by monitoring the route and status of technicians.
- Must stay aware of information related to jobs, traffic, obstacles, and requirements and providing this feedback to the technicians.
- Manages schedules and assure its adherence.
- Contributes to a fun, upbeat culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Heavy phone experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office

- Working conditions primarily inside an office environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- High level of interaction with external/internal clients
