Responsibilities – Parts Warehouse Dispatcher:

• Receive and dispatch orders for parts pick up and deliveries.
• Prioritize calls and shipments according to urgency and importance.
• Address problems and requests with shipping and receiving.
• Use phone or computer to send drivers to body and mechanical shops for returns and pickups.
• Maintain a log for the delivery trucks for scheduled maintenance and repairs
• Monitor the routes and status of delivery drivers to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
• Provide the warehouse staff with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
• Perform inventory control by verifying parts quantities for each store
• Organize returns for processing
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements/Skills – Parts Warehouse Dispatcher:

• Knowledge of the DFW and surrounding areas
• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
• Computer experience with knowledge of dealership tasks.
• Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgement and critical thinking.
• Leadership skills
• Team builder
• Regular, in-person attendance as scheduled is required.
