- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
- Complete all relevant company web-based training
- Manage and coordinate staff activities, including training, employee development, performance evaluations, hiring decisions and establishing goals and performance objectives for assigned departments.
- Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to ensure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
- Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by management.
- Manage and assist with tool reports such as tools out, down, dirty, and shipped.
- Coordinate tool requirements with shop supervisors, managers, and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Responsible for keeping all incoming and outgoing racks organized and ensuring tools are on the proper racks.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 Years of dispatch experience preferred
- Sufficient training and experience to be thoroughly familiar with the operational characteristics of company products preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Adheres to all HSE and QMS requirements.
- Working hours to be identified by manager.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.
- Able to manage various personalities.
- Must be able to work in factory environment which may include but are not limited to: high noise level, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors.
