Your Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage incoming emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Coordinate and dispatch emergency medical services and vehicles.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with EMTs, paramedics, and other emergency services.
• Monitor and track the location of emergency vehicles in real-time.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of dispatch calls.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Experience in dispatch or related field is preferred but not required.
