You start the day with a sense of purpose, knowing that as a LionHeart Logistics Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the entire organization. Your primary responsibility is to dispatch a large fleet of technicians and equipment to their respective jobs promptly, ensuring a first-time fix for our valued customers. The day begins with prioritizing tasks, mapping out efficient routes, and coordinating schedules to maximize productivity. With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, you tackle the high-stress environment with confidence.

Multi-tasking becomes your forte as you juggle incoming calls from both customers and technicians, adeptly coordinating routes and schedules to meet the demands of the day. Your effective communication skills shine as you liaise between parties, ensuring clear and concise instructions are relayed to guarantee a seamless workflow.

Required Education and Experience

• At least 3 years in a relevant role
• High School Diploma / GED
• Excellent computer and phone skills

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment (Will change based on decision)
This job operates in an open office environment and has the opportunity for FULL or HYBRID remote scheduling. Candidates must have high-speed internet capabilities in their home office.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with occasional PAID rotation of night and weekend on-call duty.

Travel
No overnight travel is expected for this position but may be required should it be necessary.
