The job duties of a CSR are very important as you will be the one representing our company and handling our customers with care. You would receive and answer calls, as well as make outbound calls. Work Hours: Flexibility Required for Weekdays and Weekends
- Answer incoming calls related to service, billing, etc.
- Make outbound calls regarding open invoices and unbooked jobs
- Oversee the route of field units and track the delivery status of products
- Coordinate schedule and optimize technician routes on ServiceTitan
- Provide reports to upper management and correctly categorize calls
- Ensure full customer satisfaction
- Schedule services and estimate appointments in a timely manner
- Any other assigned duties that are necessary directed by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and Solar industries
- Honesty
- Customer service skills
- Detail oriented and proficiency with data entry
- Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Drug test and background check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
