We are looking for a Food Preparation Worker to join our team at our Trabuco Canyon, CA location.
Essential Duties:
- Prepares and packages food according to recipes and or company standards.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains work area.
- Maintains a clean kitchen by cleaning utensils, washing dishes, cleaning floors, etc.
- Ensures all food is prepared and packaged properly.
- Ensures all employees are trained to prepare food and follow recipes.
- Ensures all food is stored properly.
- Ensures all food is transported out of the kitchen area.
- Ensures proper nutrition of food is maintained.
- Ensures proper packaging of food for shipping or distribution.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations at the facility including proper use of protective equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.'
