Medisolv’s sales team is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
The Sales Development Representative will work with sales and marketing leadership to develop and distribute impactful sales content to prospects in order to drive the Medisolv demand generation program. They will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and routing those to the appropriate sales manager.
This is a fast-paced role and the Sales Development Representative, therefore, is an individual who is highly capable of operating and excelling with a small team and is willing to take on assorted tasks each week.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up including:
- Email nurturing campaigns
- Qualifying phone calls
- Setting up demos with qualified opportunities and the appropriate sales manager
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Achieve quarterly quotas
- Create, update, and maintain sales assets such as PowerPoint decks, case studies and additional content to drive engagement
- Maintain Medisolv’s CRM to ensure accuracy of the data
- Work closely with marketing leadership to create messaging based on buyer persona, pain points and buyer journey to optimize Medisolv’s demand generation program
- Assist with various sales and marketing tasks as needed. Tasks could include:
- maintaining the marketing database
- pulling segmented campaign lists
- assisting with and traveling to industry trade shows
- assessing and reporting on program effectiveness
- Assist with other sales and marketing activities as needed
- Responsible for selling to existing customers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s level degree
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with a CRM software tool (HubSpot preferred)
- Exemplary initiative and great attention to detail
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
